How to use-

1. Prepare the solution:

Mix 1 pinch of the Ayurvedic Eye Wash Powder in 1 glass of clean, lukewarm filtered or boiled (and cooled) water.
Stir well and allow the mixture to settle for overnight.

2. Strain thoroughly:

Use sterile filter to strain the liquid to ensure there are no undissolved particles

3. Use with an eye cup

Pour the strained solution into a clean eye wash cup
Tilt your head back, blink a few times in the solution, and gently rinse each eye for 30 seconds to 1 minute

4. Repeat for both eyes with solution

5. Discard any leftover liquid—always prepare a fresh batch for each use.

Recommended usage:
Use once daily, preferably in the morning or evening. For sensitive eyes, start with every other day and observe your comfort.
